Membership Period: The membership period is a minimum of 6 months from the date of enrolment.
Membership Fees: Membership fees will be charged monthly and must be paid in full prior to receiving the monthly treatment. Payments will be automatically deducted from the payment method provided at the time of enrolment.
Discounts: Patients are unable to receive squid discount on top-up appointments. You cannot use discounts on packages or treatments that are already discounted.
Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be cancelled at any time, with a 30-day written notice via email to bsaesthetics@outlook.com, within 6 months of membership commencing. Any treatments or products received at a discounted rate within these 6 months must be paid back in full upon cancellation. If Platinum members cancel within 12 months, discounted treatments or products will also must be paid back in full.
Money-Back Guarantee: As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your contract and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your agreement application form. However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you select to commence your treatment immediately, you agree that if you subsequently cancel your agreement within 14 days, you will pay the balance of the treatment or package, less an amount for the payments you have already paid commencing from the first day after joining.
Missed Appointments: If a member misses an appointment, the monthly treatment will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Membership Non-transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with anyone else.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via email.
