​1.​Validity

​Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

​Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and no extensions will be provided.

​2.​ Redemption

​Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at B’s Aesthetics for services offered at the time of redemption.

​Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or other gift vouchers.

​If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the recipient must pay the difference.

​3.​ Non-Refundable

​Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

​4.​ Lost or Stolen Vouchers

​We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and replacements will not be issued.

​5. ​Booking and Cancellation

​Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must comply with our cancellation policy. Failure to show up or cancel within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

​6.​ Partial Redemption

​If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be noted for future use, provided it falls within the validity period.

​7. ​Non-Transferable

​Gift vouchers are transferable unless otherwise specified but can only be redeemed by the holder at the time of use.

​8.​ Restrictions

​Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless explicitly stated.

​Specific services may be excluded from voucher use; please check at the time of booking.

​9.​ Fraudulent Use

​We reserve the right to reject a voucher that appears to be fraudulent or altered.

​10.​ Right to Amend

​B’s Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
