Terms & Conditions

  1. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours you will lose your £50 booking fee/deposit. All cancellations or reschedules must be sent via email to support@bsaesthetics.com.

  2. Deposits/booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Unfortunately, this includes sickness, hospital appointments and family emergencies. We must have at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule appointments for your deposit to stay for future appointments.

  3. A consultation is part of your treatment where we assess if you are suitable. If you aren’t suitable or you decide against treatment the £50 fee is non-refundable but can be used on another treatment.

  4. Refund Policy: We cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

  5. Lateness Policy: Lateness of 10 minutes or more will require rescheduling your appointment for another day and the loss of your booking fee.

  6. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 48 hours or do not show up for your booked appointment, then you will lose the booking fee. CANCELLATIONS AND REARRANGING NEED TO BE DONE DURING WORKING HOURS. E.G MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM. ANY CANCELLATIONS AND REARRANGING APPOINTMENTS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS WILL BE PICKED UP THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

Other Information: If you travel for your treatment and for any reason need to return to the clinic, we are not responsible to cover or reimburse any travel expenses.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

 

1.Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and no extensions will be provided.

2. Redemption

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at B’s Aesthetics for services offered at the time of redemption.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or other gift vouchers.

If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the recipient must pay the difference.

3. Non-Refundable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and replacements will not be issued.

5. Booking and Cancellation

Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must comply with our cancellation policy. Failure to show up or cancel within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

6. Partial Redemption

If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be noted for future use, provided it falls within the validity period.

7. Non-Transferable

Gift vouchers are transferable unless otherwise specified but can only be redeemed by the holder at the time of use.

8. Restrictions

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless explicitly stated.

Specific services may be excluded from voucher use; please check at the time of booking.

9. Fraudulent Use

We reserve the right to reject a voucher that appears to be fraudulent or altered.

10. Right to Amend

B’s Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Squid Terms & Conditions

 
  1. Squid discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, packages or birthday vouchers.
  1. Squid discount cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers or products. 
  1. Discounts cannot be redeemed on the same day they are unlocked; they must be booked for a separate date.
  1. Complimentary treatments must be booked before 4pm on weekdays and cannot be booked on weekends.
  1. Cancelling or rescheduling a Squid complimentary treatment / any discounted treatments within 48 hours or failing to attend your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your complimentary treatment or discount. 
 
 

Skin Membership Terms & Conditions

The membership period is a minimum of 6 months from the date of enrollment. Membership fees will be charged monthly and must be paid in full prior to receiving the monthly treatment.

Payments will automatically be deducted from the payment method provided at the time of enrollment.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time, with a 30-day written notice via email to support@bsaesthetics.com, within 6 months of membership commencing. Any treatments or products received at a discount rate within these 6 months must be paid back in full upon cancellation.

 If Platinum members cancel within 12 months, discounted treatments or products must also be repaid in full.

As per the customer contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations of 2013, you are entitled to cancel your contract and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days or completing your agreement application form.

However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you selected to commence your treatment immediately, you agree that if you subsequently cancel your agreement within 14 days, you will pay the balance of the treatment or package, less an amount for the payments you have already paid commencing from the first day after joining.

If you cancel, fail to attend, or reschedule within 48 business hours, a £50 charge will apply. This must be paid before your next treatment.

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with anyone else.

If your monthly payment fails or bounces, you will be charged an additional 5% of the monthly membership cost each time. This must be paid before receiving your next treatment.

Your membership discount can only be used on full price treatments. You cannot use your discount on any package treatments and you cannot combine discounts. You cannot use birthday vouchers on skin care products.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes via email. By enrolling in the monthly skin membership program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Package Terms & Conditions

  • If you cancel, fail to attend, or reschedule one of your appointments within 48 business hours, a £50 charge will apply. This must be paid to be able to rearrange your appointment.

 

  • Items within a package must be used within 12 months 

 

  • You are able to transform a single eligible treatment into a package prior to your appointment, or on the day of your appointment. Packages cannot be made using past treatments that have been paid for.

 

  • At your first appointment, or prior to your first appointment, you can pay in full for the package. If you have paid a deposit, this will be removed from your total. This means no further payment will be due at your remaining appointments.

 

  • If you choose to pay in installments, we offer a ‘pay in three’ option. In this case, payment for one full price treatment will be due at the first appointment. The remaining balance will be divided over the remaining appointments. 

 

  • Packages are ineligible for discounts, promotions and vouchers unless stated otherwise.
